Let’s Thrive Together

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy describes information used by Let’s Thrive Together when you create an account, use wellness tools, participate in the community, or manage a membership.

Draft for owner and legal review before publication.

1. Who to contact

This policy is provided by Let’s Thrive Together. For questions about your information or this policy, email Thrivetogether113@gmail.com.

2. Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, your information may include your account email, profile details, dietary preferences, allergies, goals, optional weight or size information, meal plans, grocery lists, workouts, and habit or progress records.

Community activity may include recipes, workouts, comments, likes, and other contributions. Membership records include subscription status, billing periods, and invoice or payment history. If you contact us, we receive the information included in your message.

3. How information is used

Information supports sign-in, saved preferences and plans, personalized wellness tools, community participation, subscription access, payment records, and responses to your requests. Enter only information you are comfortable providing, particularly health-related details.

4. Service providers and external services

Let’s Thrive Together uses Lovable Cloud for account and application services, Stripe for checkout and subscription management, and Lovable AI services for AI-assisted meal planning. AI meal features are currently disabled, so the AI service does not process your requests; if AI features are enabled later, your request and relevant planning inputs would be processed by the AI service.

Payment details entered on Stripe’s hosted pages are handled by Stripe. Our application uses customer references, subscription status, and invoice records rather than collecting full card numbers in its own forms. External sign-in, delivery, and other linked services have their own privacy terms.

5. Community visibility

Content you choose to submit for community sharing may be visible to other people once published or approved. Avoid including private health information, contact details, or information about someone else in public contributions.

6. Browser storage and technical information

Sign-in uses browser session storage mechanisms to maintain your account session. Hosting and service providers may also process technical information such as connection details, requests, and errors under their own policies.

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser. Clearing or blocking session storage may sign you out or prevent account features from working.

7. Your choices and requests

You can update available profile and preference settings in your account. For requests to access, correct, export, or delete information, contact Thrivetogether113@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request concerns your account. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements.

Signing out does not delete your account. Deleting account information and canceling a subscription are separate requests; use Manage Subscription to stop renewal. Contact us for questions about retention of particular records. No fixed deletion period is promised by this draft.

8. Young members

Accounts are intended for people age 13 and older. Members under 18 need parent or guardian permission. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact Thrivetogether113@gmail.com so the matter can be reviewed.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Please contact us with questions about a change or your privacy choices.
