You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, obtain parent or guardian permission. A parent or guardian must authorize any paid membership for a minor.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and do not share or use another person’s account without authorization. Contact Thrivetogether113@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Let’s Thrive Together provides general wellness information, meal planning, grocery lists, workouts, habit tracking, and community features. It does not provide medical care or replace professional advice. Read the Legal Disclaimer before relying on wellness content.

The current monthly membership price is $16.55 USD, plus applicable sales tax calculated at checkout. The final amount is shown before you confirm payment. Tax varies by location and applicable tax treatment.

A recurring membership renews monthly until canceled. By completing subscription checkout, you authorize the recurring charges shown there. Sign-in is required so membership is linked to your account. Access depends on a verified paid subscription; unsuccessful payments or the end of a paid period may interrupt access.

Use Manage Subscription on the membership page to cancel before your next renewal or update your payment method. Cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period leaves access available through that verified period; it does not automatically refund earlier charges. Routine membership refunds and partial-period refunds are not offered, except where required by law. Contact Thrivetogether113@gmail.com about an incorrect or unauthorized charge, or a refund right that may apply to you. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Separate promotional or supporter rewards are subject to their published offer terms.

Do not harass others, publish unlawful or infringing material, impersonate someone, distribute spam, or attempt to interfere with accounts or services. Do not post private information about another person without permission.

Only submit content you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your contributions and permit Let’s Thrive Together to host, display, and format them to operate the features where you submitted them. Contributions may be reviewed, rejected, or removed; accounts may be restricted for misuse.

When AI suggestions are enabled, they can be incorrect or incomplete and require your own review, especially for allergies and dietary restrictions; AI meal features are currently disabled in the app. Stripe, external sign-in services, and grocery delivery providers operate under their own terms. Third-party availability, prices, fulfillment, and advice are not controlled by Let’s Thrive Together.

Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Wellness outcomes are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for your particular needs. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
